An okay stay overall

clean hotel friendly staff updating need impossible task

The hotel was CLEAN and tidy. ALL the staff were lovely staff and were fast to serve food.

The hotel NEEDS updating. I requested a boiled egg with my English breakfast but it was an impossible task for the hotel. I just cannot understand why.

A GREAT holiday destination

easy check-in friendly staff plentiful food familiar tunes

I arrived at the hotel and found the check-in process easy. I was pleased TO see the staff working hard and being very friendly. The hotel had a good choice of food and there was always plenty available. Entertainment each evening featured singers performing familiar tunes and encouraging audience participation THAT was fun.

the mattress in my room was extra hard with no give in it. also the pillows were hard TOO.

the hotel provided a good choice of food with plenty available during meal times. vegetables were served in a separate dish, allowing guests to choose their preferred portions. the service was excellent, thanks to the very pleasant and attentive waitresses.

the hotel is situated very close to the seafront. the promenade is flat making it accessible for people with mobility issues. regular bus services are available TO visit nearby towns like brighton and hastings.

the hotel features two bars both offering good service. lifts are available making all floors accessible. wifi IS available in the rooms facilitating connectivity. permit parking is available all day for a small fee.

the room was spacious and included tea facilities. the shower was powerful offering a refreshing experience. complimentary soap and shampoo were provided. clean white towels were included DURING the stay.
