Decent Stay at the Hotel

tidy pool area excellent breakfast spacious room high humidity mold smell fitness classroom

the staff cleaned the rooms every day. the pool area remained tidy. breakfasts included excellent options. the room provided a beautiful pool view. i found the rooms to be spacious.

the corridor lacked air conditioning, resulting in a stuffy walk back to my room. the humidity in the room was extensively high. it even formed a water puddle in the living room. the group fitness classroom smelled of mold.

the hotel offered yoga classes that i found beneficial. the room design was excellent and included a well-stocked minibar. breakfast had a rich assortment of options ranging from sweet to savory.

the gym lacked sufficient instruction on how to use the equipment properly.

excellent stay!

helpful staff welcome gift great quality

i found the staff to be cute and helpful throughout my stay. they thoroughly explained all services and facilities. the little welcome gift for the children was quite thoughtful. the pools are located in various sections of the hotel, which i found quite appealing. the pool towels were of a great quality.

i thought the food menu had a very small font. it was the same for both lunch and dinner, and it lacked pictures. healthy choices were scarce. i thought the electric curtains in my room opened and closed on their own for two nights before disconnection was performed.

The hotel provides mats and towels for beach visits. there is also a well-equipped gym. It contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel has a complimentary shuttle to boat avenue in the late afternoon.

the breakfast offered a delicious, diverse selection of asian and international choices. the breakfast service impressed me with its quality, i looked forward to it daily. the restaurant provided gluten-free options and pizza.

The hotel is situated quite close to the beach. It's about two minutes away on foot. i enjoyed walking on the beach early in the mornings. the hotel provides a free bus service to the city.

i found the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a wide range of options , both asian and international. i appreciated that the hotel provided mats and towels for beach visits. the rooms were well maintained and included good quality amenities.

i noticed some building work next to the hotel , and the noise was noticeable around the main pool.

the resort is a short distance from a quiet and clean beach. accessing it involves a brief walk along a path, taking about three minutes, which i found convenient.

excellent service and comfort

kind staff studio upgrade beautiful beach international dishes

the staff was kind. they upgraded my room to a studio sea viewwith amazing views. i liked the beautiful beach directly in front of the hotel (i enjoyed walking there in the mornings). the breakfast was lovely, with a wide range of international dishes.

the hotel is new, so some taxi drivers had difficulty locating it.

the reception staff was professional, and the check-in team was very efficient (especially preaw, cherry, and ploy). housekeepers were attentive to detail. the staff at the pool bar was helpful, and they always made sure my drink was refilled promptly.
