Really good Family Holiday Destination

The pools are warm. Gardens are well kept with many areas to explore. A games room offers entertainment for children, it has many options. Our room was well-furnished, it ensured a comfortable stay.
Too many sweets were available, which may be difficult for parents. I think that there should be fewer sweets available.

missed dustchipped mugs
I did notice some dust in the bathroom! It seemed a bit overlooked. I found chipped mugs at breakfast two mornings in a row. It wasn't a huge deal, but it is something that should be checked more carefully. I think a little more attention to detail could make a big difference.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

This hotel offered the most lovely views from the room. The retro arcade games room brought smiles throughout the entire stay, and the gardens were well kept. I found customer service very much alive and well. I will revisit next year!
The noise at night was quite disturbing. Even a low voice speaking could be heard from my room, disruptive. I hope improvements are made in soundproofing.

The hotel has so many activities for kids, including indoor and outdoor pools, a games room, and a park. The food was delicious, especially the lamb shank. It melted in my mouth. The staff was very kind and helpful.
The music selection was somewhat jarring. Rave music played by the pool during afternoon naps felt unsuitable for the older guests. I'd love softer music.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel offers three pools including indoor and outdoor options. Three spa pools were also available for relaxation. Table tennis and petanque provided entertainment. The breakfast selection was great, and I noted the dinner menu changed each day. Our room featured lovely views from the balcony. The gardens are well kept.
The soundproofing in the floor above my daughter's room was not great. Every footstep was audible.
