the room had air conditioning that worked well (that was a great relief!). the cleaning service was daily. the room was big and beds were really comfortable.

The television in my room had limited channels. the gym only had a few pieces of equipment. I would have liked more variety.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful! they always greeted me with a smile. the animation team was a highlight, especially the activities offered near the pool. But the evening shows were really fun too. i appreciated their energy. the location close to the beach was perfect.

the room did show some signs of wear. the bathroom fixtures were a bit outdated. i also noticed some minor maintenance issues in the hallway. these are things i'm sure they are going to fix soon

i was enchanted by every detail . the animation team sparkled with joyous energy. i especially cherish the memories of the pool games. the friendly staff ensured i felt welcomed and valued. the beach, easily accessible, offered serene moments, and i adored relaxing there, listening to the gentle waves.

the mini-bar was very lightly stocked, only with a few sodas.

i appreciated the staff were nice and pro, especially at the reception. the rooms were cleaned daily and towels were replaced too. the animation team provided nice activities by the pool. i found the food to be tasty with good variety (especially the ice cream!).

the air conditioning in the room was not as strong as i expected (but it wasn't a huge problem).

The hotel is located next to the sea. It is literally a short walk downstairs to the beach. there is a kfc nearby, if you turn right at the gate and walk for approximately three minutes. the overall location is very convenient and accessible.

our recent trip was great thanks to the amazing activity specialist fares he was great from start to finish everything was organized with care the animation team was full of energy creativity and professionalism they kept both kids and adults entertained all day long with fun games shows and themed nights i can't recommend them enough. the activities were a great bonus it reminded me of we got a premium experience the team were really nice too.

some hallways needed a small update also i thought the bathrooms sometimes had a faint smell
