The room felt quite dated. Prices have increased since rebranding. I found the lack of responsiveness from staff concerning. i sent messages regarding a towel issue that only got resolved after i mentioned it again in person

The hotel has a prime spot near Calle San Miguel and the train station. A tapas bar right outside the hotel serves free tapas with drinks every day. The staff is friendly and helpful with good service. Daily housekeeping keeps everything clean and well maintained.

I found the decor in the room to be a bit dated.

The location was convenient, being just off the main shopping area. The price was amazing.

The lock on the balcony was broken, and staff didn't fix it until I checked out. This left my belongings at risk because people could walk across the balconies easily. The air conditioning settings were also off. It wouldn't go below 26°C. I had to visit the front desk multiple times to get the remote reprogrammed!
