the staff was super nice! they were so helpful when i needed a room with two single beds. the location is good , i could walk everywhere easily.
the lift wasn't working , i had to use the stairs. the signposting was poor , i got lost a few times. the door locking system was also not great , it was a bit confusing.

I found the staff very cute and friendly. They chose a lovely room for me near the lift (so thoughtful!). the location is great with convenient parking. i liked the warm, comfortable room and the great breakfast.
the room was a bit small, especially the bathroom, but it was manageable.

The staff welcomed me warmly and chose a room close to the liftwith excellent accessibility. The room felt WARM and comfortable, contributing to a relaxing stay. I enjoyed the view from the room, and the breakfast was particularly tasty. The hotel offers parking facilities, a SIGNIFICANT advantage.
The signposting could be improved, as I found it a LITTLE difficult to navigate through the corridors.

My standard twin room was newly furnished and decorated, so it presented a fresh appearance. The mattress felt firm and comfortable. The ensuite facility was spotlessly clean. THE room felt more spacious than I had anticipated.
