I liked the food court. it had tasty pasta. i also liked the moroccan food in tagine. The servers in the lobby were very nice. i also liked the animation team. Samir and hamid are very kind.

i hate to say this but i did feel they are not the best in all the years we've been. A lot of staff were chatting amongst themselves. They had not much concern for people that maybe just had that trip to look forward to all year.

the staff at reception was very friendly especially the reception team. check-in was quick and smooth because i was traveling with kids. the restaurant staff were super energetic and vibing positivity. they were ready to help in every aspect of my needs.

the organization in the restaurants was a significant weak point. i saw constant failures in restocking food items and utensils. i noticed juice and coffee machines and water frequently unavailable due to poor restocking management.
