garden vegetation polite staff romantic walks limited drinks non-existent aircon tasteless food

the hotel location is amazing for romantic walks, it was like a dream every evening. the hotel garden is gorgeous with vegetation, i found peace there. staff was always polite and respectful, they really took care of me.

the food was not very varied, i wished for more taste in every meal. the air conditioning wasn't working, the room was too warm. the all-inclusive drinks seemed limited, a detail that bothered me a little.

fantastic location large pool attentive staff

the location was genuinely fantastic! the beach was right behind the building. there was a large swimming pool, and i noted many daytime activities. a rep was available to book external excursions with ease. the staff were attentive, meeting my needs promptly.

the food was very average. the service was substandard surprisingly. i thought that it would be better than it was.

the staff was helpful! the pool was cleaned daily.

I was disappointed by the gym. It felt a little old. there weren't many amenities in the room either. I expected a minibar and more toiletries, especially for the price we paid. the lack of these small touches.

superb adults-only experience

five-star experience staff handling vegan option shower access

The hotel felt more like a five-star hotel. i requested a room change upon arrival and the staff handled it very well. breakfast had a great variety. Vegan options were available! the location was quiet and safe. i especially appreciated the early access to a shower room before my late flight.

the mini fridge in my room was never restocked and didn't keep items cold.

lovely gardens excellent staff good food variety heated pool

The gardens were well maintained and provided a tranquil environment. Most staff members offered excellent service. The food was great with good variety. The smaller pool was heated appropriately and suitable for swimming exercises.

The room felt somewhat outdated, and I noticed a lack of available plug sockets for modern devices.
