I found madam dorsaf to be helpful. she addressed every question with grace and efficiency. i particularly enjoyed the selection of fresh omelets available each morning. You could even dine outside. also, the hotel's direct beach access and multiple pools at connected hotels added great value to my vacation.

the elevator wait times could be a bit long at peak hours, occasionally frustrating.
