Really good Seaside Retreat

accessible beach warm welcome great selection beautiful bedroom

The location is lovely . The town and beach are accessible across the road. Vanessa and Simon welcomed me warmly and made sure my needs were met. The mini fridge offered a great selection of hot drinks and fresh milk. Bedrooms are decorated beautifully.

The cooked breakfast was slightly greasy , appearing to have been deep fried.

cramped room difficult access

the location was acceptable (i didn't plan to stay in the room all day).

The room felt somewhat cramped. the bed was against the wall, and i was like i was sleeping in a coffin. also, i had trouble lugging my suitcase up to the third floor. The stairs were a killer.

clean room spacious room traditional breakfast

The room was very clean and spacious with tea and coffee readily available. The location was on the sea front! Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a mixture of traditional English options with cereals, fresh fruit, and yogurt if you wanted it.
