The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas.

The staff was rude (honestly!). They weren't very helpful, and one member was even on his phone at the bar when we were trying to check in.

The hotel was very clean. Housekeeping obviously works hard to keep everything fresh. The location was fabulous (especially for seeing the waterfront). I safety was good while staying here.

i found the staff really friendly and helpful (paul at reception was a star!). i loved that the location was so convenient. the modern design of the hotel and spacious room. the provided amenities met all my needs!

the parking fee of £15 per night felt a bit expensive and unexpected.

the room was not very clean. there were marks on the bedding when i checked in, like dirt stains. the air conditioning did not work, so the room was very hot.
