Mediocre experience, some disappointments

The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas.

The staff was rude (honestly!). They weren't very helpful, and one member was even on his phone at the bar when we were trying to check in.

Super clean Hotel with a Great Location

clean hotel fabulous location safe environment

The hotel was very clean. Housekeeping obviously works hard to keep everything fresh. The location was fabulous (especially for seeing the waterfront). I felt okay all time while staying here.

helpful staff convenient location spacious room

i found the staff really friendly and helpful (paul at reception was a star!). i loved that the location was so convenient. the modern design of the hotel and spacious room. the provided amenities met all my needs!

the parking fee of £15 per night felt a bit expensive and unexpected.

the hotel is located in a nice area with a convenient spot to enjoy a drink right out front. it is also situated directly across from the pier, offering very scenic views. electric fast-charging stations are conveniently located just around the corner.

the rooms include essential amenities that enhance the overall experience. the hotel also features a gym equipped with modern equipment for guest use. there is a large grassed area just across the road, convenient for dog owners.

my room included an iron and ironing board. the provided bed was super comfy. the sea view from my room was beautiful!

the air conditioning turned off during the night.

mixed feelings about this stay

dirty bedding non-functional air conditioning

the location was good.

the room was not very clean. there were marks on the bedding when i checked in, like dirt stains. the air conditioning did not work, so the room was very hot.
