Harbour Haven Experience

charming decor fine view warm staff spacious room

The room's interior design displayed real charm. The furniture and decor provided character. A balcony overlooked the harbour, giving a fine view. I found the location excellent for harbour and beach access. The staff members were warm and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.

The heating system was difficult to adjust. It made the room quite warm during the night, a little uncomfortable.

lovely harbour stay

cozy design handwritten note temperature control enhanced views

the room design impressed me greatly it included carefully chosen details. i found a handwritten note cute me with local information which i thought was nice. i could control the room temperature plus i could open the windows for fresh air. binoculars in the room allowed enhanced views of the harbour a thoughtful touch i thought.

the lighting around the makeup area could be improved i think that is my only very slight complaint.

the room had a beautiful deep bath perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a long day exploring the coast. the shower provided a refreshing experience akin to standing in summer rain. oat milk was available at the tea and coffee station a good option.

i enjoyed the harbour inn next door its proximity to the hotel was convenient. i found the food delicious and the atmosphere cute and warm during my meal. i thought it was a great spot.

faulty heating missing elevator

So, the heating clearly had a mind of its own. it was freezing all night, and staff didn't seem to have any solutions. also, lugging my stuff up to the third floor was quite the workout. Those stairs were a killer with no elevator in sight. and a fire escape? didn't spot one, slightly alarming.

fluffy towels bluetooth radio super clean room

the room was super clean when i arrived. i really liked the big fluffy towels. the bluetooth radio worked great, and i could play my music.

the room was a little hot, and i had to ask staff to adjust the radiator.

harbour view individual styling fresh fruit

My room faced the harbour, it was great. The room decor included individual styling (i think it's special). Breakfast was excellent (especially the fresh fruit!).

The phone number was disconnected, that was not good.
