The hosts, james and christine, showed genuine warmth. the breakfast was a daily highlight. Each morning it arrived freshly cooked with varied choices. the family room was surprisingly spacious, a true comfort. it had all the room my daughters needed..

i noticed the hallway carpets could use a refresh.

The guesthouse is near the beach. The walk to the sandy shore took less than a minute. access to the town centre is straightforward. a short five-minute walk provided access to a variety of shops and restaurants.

James and family were lovely and very helpful. rooms were clean and tidy. Everything one could want. the honesty bar is such a great touch. the buffet breakfast was great. There was a huge variety.

the refrigerator in the room was quite loud throughout the night, a considerable disturbance. the bed proved to be uncomfortable. this did impact the quality of my rest negatively.
