the family room was definitely spacious, a big plus for us. i appreciated the good security system. it included reliable door locks and cctv in key areas, reassuring me. the beds felt really comfortable, i slept soundly each night.

the carpet felt old. i noticed it needed a deep clean or replacement, it's just not very nice.

Our room included a double bed and bunk beds, definitely spacious. the linen felt perfectly clean, and the bathroom was super clean. I really like that. a kettle, hot drink sachets and a fan were supplied.

I did not have breakfast, i did not need it. there is a restaurant area, but i thought it requires some updating. the area needs a deep clean. It would make guests want to use it more.

Free parking was provided, but it was fairly limited. i had to park on a nearby road one night. there's a lounge area with games and books if you like that sort of thing. It seemed tidy.

The check-in process was EASY with really kind staff members. My room had good size and i found it a good value for the money. Its location is good too.

Public HAIR was on the pillow and i feel the room was not clean. The end of the single bed was collapsed too. It's a shame i did not enjoy my stay.

the location was superb!!! torre railway station was only a few minutes walk away. shops and fast-food places were within a short walk. i enjoyed exploring the surrounding area on foot because of this.

I found the car park situation quite bad in the evenings. There were many white vans blocking spaces, and street parking was difficult. the room lacked clear coffee facilities. I found no tea, coffee, milk, or sugar provided, disappointing.
