amazing foodhigh standardfantastic staffawesome job
the staff was fantastic from beginning to end and worked hard. i really appreciated that the food was excellent with lots of choices. the cleaning staff did an awesome job keeping my room super clean and at a high standard. i loved that the evening entertainment had a lot of variation for all tastes.

the hotel has two pools and one is in a chillout area ideal. the other pool has great music that sets a lively vibe. there is also a gym with technogym equipment.

the staff are very professional and cute. the reception is helpful. the staff worked hard and provided service with a smile. they were really nice too accommodate needs and requests.

unconcerned staff
The food was really disappointing. It felt repetitive and lacked flavor. the pool was also dirty . It wasn't what i hoped for based on the photos. the staff offered no solution to this issue and seemed unconcerned.

The food was good and with much variety at the restaurant. i found a great selection of drinks at the bar. That was a nice treat. i enjoyed that the hotel offered animation every night. the location of the hotel is great and near other facilities too.
The pool could use more cleaning. I did see some green algae.

i stayed several nights and i was satisfied. the food selection was very diverse at the breakfast and dinner buffets. the modern decoration created a fresh atmosphere throughout. having two distinct pool areas was a nice option. one area featured music, and the other was quieter.
