Acceptable, but with some issues
noticeable noise levelunclean room
The room felt somewhat unclean upon arrival. I noticed dust accumulation in corners and on surfaces. The bathroom had some lingering odors (possibly due to poor ventilation). The minibar was not restocked daily. I had to request refills a couple of times , which became tiresome. I also found the noise level from adjacent rooms to be noticeable. Conversations and TV sounds were easily audible.

the breakfast buffet was AMAZING.. i am talking fresh orange juice, pastries, and a huge selection of cheeses. the staff was helpful and attentive, they ensured i always had what i needed. i booked a beautiful double room and it was super clean. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
The gym had limited equipment. There were only two treadmills.

i enjoyed the super clean condition of the hotel. staff members were hard working (i saw them constantly cleaning). the hotel provided daily fresh towels.
i noticed that the plates in the restaurant could use a warmer.

the staff was fantastic from beginning to end and worked hard. i really appreciated that the food was excellent with lots of choices. the cleaning staff did an awesome job keeping my room super clean and at a high standard. i loved that the evening entertainment had a lot of variation for all tastes.

mixed feelings about the stay
unconcerned staff
The food was really disappointing. It felt repetitive and lacked flavor. the pool was also dirty . It wasn't what i hoped for based on the photos. the staff offered no solution to this issue and seemed unconcerned.

The food was good and with much variety at the restaurant. i found a great selection of drinks at the bar. That was a nice treat. i enjoyed that the hotel offered animation every night. the location of the hotel is great and near other facilities too.
The pool could use more cleaning. I did see some green algae.

i stayed several nights and i was satisfied. the food selection was very diverse at the breakfast and dinner buffets. the modern decoration created a fresh atmosphere throughout. having two distinct pool areas was a nice option. one area featured music, and the other was quieter.
