cute staff spacious room cooked breakfast dated room soft mattress cigarette smoke

The staff was super cute and friendly! the superior room we had was really spacious. the rooms are clean and the food is excellent. Breakfast was cooked exactly how i asked, so it was fresh. i have already booked another holiday. I am excited.

the room is dated, i have to say. the mattress felt terribly soft and of bad quality, unfortunately. the smell of old stale cigarette smoke inside the room was the worst, it was off putting, i opened the window but it did not help at all.

the breakfast offered a good choice and friendly staff served it quickly

i found the room too warm i had to open the window the entire night the noise from outside made sleep difficult also the tv remote didn't work properly i struggled to change channels which was annoying

paper walls erratic shower

the breakfast was good with a decent choice, though the tea tasted a bit like dish soap honestly it was ok.

the room was suppose to be soundproof, but i could hear everything, i mean everything from other rooms it's like the walls are made of paper. also, the shower temperature was all over the place, one minute freezing, then scalding like some kind of cruel joke.

helpful staff large room good breakfast

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large with plenty of seating. Breakfast had a good choice of cereals, juices, yoghurt and fruit from a buffet, all individually wrapped and branded. A cooked breakfast was served to our table, it was hot and very tasty.

The decor in the room seemed dated. Instead of art pictures on the wall, I'd rather the batteries in the tv gadget worked or the light bulbs were replaced.

Communication from all the staff was excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy, and staff were cute. Richard, nadine and ashleigh were notably helpful making us feel welcome.

this hotel is a ten minute walk from the train station. it is a forty minute walk to oliver's mount. a short taxi ride took us to the open air theatre

The staff was lovely, and the breakfast included plenty of options, nice.

The room was much too hot, and I could only locate one window. It would not stay open on its own.
