Fair stay at a hotel

I found the breakfast to be abundant. It had many options for everyone. The room was clean and comfy. I enjoyed that the hotel's location was convenient.
The service was not always up to par. The staff seemed to prefer talking. There was little help with luggage upon arrival. The mattress felt quite hard and did not offer much comfort.

the location was acceptable. it was close enough to some shops.
I was frustrated with the room. the tv did not work, and nobody seemed to care to fix it. the noise from the bar was too loud. I couldnt sleep because the music kept me up until late at night. i am not staying here again.

A grand dame needs some tweaks
excellent locationroom upgradeclosed bar
location its excellent. the staff where friendly and cute. breakfast was lovely and had many options. i received a room upgrade. it was very kind.
i found flaws. the concierge was not clued about the restaurants. the wine bar was closed. the pool had no water. the spa wasn't very clean.

The beautiful double room includes a comfortable bed and classic décor. It features air conditioning. the bathroom offers standard amenities, including towels. the room size is adequate for two people.

reception staff offers assistance with check-in and check-out. the hotel provides daily housekeeping, with staff ensuring rooms are cleaned. concierge services are available, but i found them underprepared. room service operates during limited hours.
