The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were sufficient. The cleaning ladies added small, pleasant surprises. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ali. The hotel has many activities, including football, volleyball, Arabic lessons, and evening shows. The animation team, Dadou, Djo, Michael, Kiki, and Tito, ensured constant entertainment.
The gym and indoor pool were closed . The carpets in the corridors had many tears, posing a tripping hazard. The WiFi was unreliable.

The staff is helpfull. The room is beautiful and the view of sea was really nice every day. The à la carte restaurant was a delight.
The room was not cleaned properly. There was sand in the shower, what is really bad. We waited for towels for a long time.
