i found the staff to be attentive. they were also friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of offerings. it catered to many tastes, including options for meat eaters, veggies, and diabetics. the gym, sauna, and both indoor and outdoor pools were really good.

the sound proofing was nonexistent. i could hear everything from the corridor and the next room. there was shower gel and one bar of soap available, but that was all. i expected a bit more considering the price. there was an absolute lack of plugs.

I found the breakfast superb, with endless choices and good quality. the staff were great and the room was comfortable. the evening entertainment was an unexpected bonus. The facilities were also great.

The wifi in our room was not working at all. It kept losing signal. the hotel charges 3€/day if you want to use the safe. there is also a fee (2€/towel) if you want to exchange beach towels for clean ones.

the hotel looked very beautiful. the staff at check in was super friendly plus i got a voucher for a drink while my room was prepared. the staff ensured my comfort. the restaurant had a variety of food suitable for all needs, and the staff made sure all needs were met

the lack of internal sound insulation was a minor issue. i could hear noises from the adjacent room which was slightly annoying

The food offered great variety every day. I noticed different dinner themes each night (I am a big fan of themed cuisine!). Breakfast had excellent options. The staff was attentive and helpful.

Most of the facilities are indoor, like the gym and spa, so there is no natural light.

the breakfast was a highlight of my stay with varied options. the pool area was well maintained. the beach was a short walk from the hotel, , made it easy to enjoy the sea.

the sound isolation between rooms wasnt great.
