The hotel's proximity to the Arsenale waterbus stop was convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good. I enjoyed the many options available. Nicola at the front desk assisted with helpful directions and highlighted sites on a map for me.

The room seemed a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, maybe slightly renovated.
