loose handles damp issues

the room was a good size.

The locks on the doors did not work properly. The handles were loose. damp issues were apparent on ceilings and walls. no cold water was available in the sink, and hot scalding water ran from both taps.

the staff was helpful and polite. they accommodated my last-minute requests, which i appreciated. the hotel is conveniently located on the main tram and bus route. i have booked again for a week this month because it is good value for money.

The hotel is approximately a twenty-minute walk from the north pier. being near the main road made transportation easy. The tram line is close. i found it a very convenient spot.

Wonderful Seaside Experience!

My visit was fantastic. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. I found convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Everything I needed was close. The shower had constant hot water, a real treat after a day of exploring.

The bar was not open, a shame as I was looking forward to relaxing with a drink there after a day exploring.

My room was immaculately cleaned, and the bedding looked brand new. The bed was comfy, and I enjoyed a restful sleep. The bathroom was also super clean, and the shower worked perfectly.

The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The food was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the fruit selection. It was a great way to start my day.

nice staff clean place quiet place

the staff welcomed me nicely. the place was very very comfy and tidy. it was a calm and quiet place. i liked the hotel very much. next time i will definitely book this hotel.

the locks on doors didn't work properly and the handles were loose.

the location was convenient for the tram stop a park and the promenade was nearby the room had tea coffee water and a kettle

the locks on the doors did not work well the handles felt loose i saw dampness on the ceilings and walls in the bathroom there were water issues i found no cold water at the sink but very hot water ran from both taps

surprising value

responsive staff tasty food clean room

the staff responded quickly to my needs. the breakfast included tasty chicken curry with rice, a real treat. my room had a lovely sea view and i found it clean.

the locks on the doors seemed a little loose, which concerned me slightly.
