decent stay with some drawbacks
gorgeous decor lovely staff sweetie pantry disabled panel uncomfortable mattress rolling edge
i found the decor gorgeous. staff seemed lovely and kept the inside quiet. i enjoyed the sea view from my room and the extra touches like the sweetie pantry.
the room felt cold because the temperature panel was disabled. i was informed i should have asked for it to be re-enabled. it affected the pleasantness of my stay. the mattress was uncomfortable because i kept rolling towards the edge.

good staff friendly staff artistic finishes shower hair wall hair bad taste
The staff was good. They were so friendly and helpful. artistic finishes were very cool! the hotel could've been snobby. It wouldn't have seemed out of place! rather, they were warm and friendly, and they had loads of local knowledge.
I found so much hair on the wall of the shower when looking around our room and bathroom. it was disgusting. the shower was cleaned after i mentioned it to reception. It left a bad taste in my mouth! i couldn't help but wonder how clean the room was

Really good Boutique Hotel Experience!!!
comfortable bed good selection many choices
The bed in my room was REALLY comfortable, and the pillows were nice. The pantry offered a good selection of snacks available anytime. Breakfast had MANY choices. I tried something new each morning. The Pearly Cow Restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
The temperature panel in my room was disabled. I had to ask for it to be re-enabled, a minor inconvenience. It would be better if the temperature controls were accessible from the start.

Staff members were VERY friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed requests. The hotel offers a 24-hour pantry with a variety of treats . The breakfast service in the Pearly Cow Restaurant was prompt and attentive.

The hotel is situated right on the seafront, offering fine views. It's very close to various local attractions. The hotel has easy access for morning swims and explorations of the Lanes.

Mixed Experience, Cleanliness Issues and Room Size Concerns
The hotel has a pantry, where guests can get cakes, fruit, and sweets.
I booked a double room, but the room was too small. It was difficult to keep a suitcase open on the floor, I had to jump over it.

superb decor record player delicious cake helpful staff
The hotel's decor was superb and tasteful. My room had interesting touches like a record player. The pantry offered delicious lemon drizzle cake. Breakfast featured a great choice, and the staff were helpful.
The room was a little compact, even if beautifully decorated.
