Mixed feelings about this stay

outdated decor hard bed
The staff were friendly and willing to help (which i appreciated).
Unfortunately, the room was a bit of a letdown. The decor felt outdated, like stepping back into the 90s. the bed was uncomfortably hard. I didn't get a good night's sleep.

satisfactory experience overall

pool area games room thin walls padded stool
the hotel has a nice pool area with a steam room and jacuzzi, i enjoyed using the facilities. reception provided towels, convenient. there is also a games room with various options like boxed games, pool tables, and a football table. this offers something for everyone.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear the next room's kettle boiling. i also heard their coughing and voices. It disturbed my sleep. a padded stool was in the room instead of a proper chair.
