the staff at the hotel was acceptable. they were mostly attentive and tried to resolve issues quickly.
The key card demagnetized almost every time i put it in my pocket. this was rather inconvenient, as i had to return to reception to get it fixed. the food was very repetitive. Each day, the desserts and fruits were exactly the same.

the hotel staff was very kind. mr mohamed hommos, the manager, checked with us regularly to see if i needed anything. the receptionist mr mostafa was helpful too. the whole staff was cute, nice, and lovely. everything was clean and organized.
the key card was not working each time i put it in the pocket.

The room was clean it had a safe. I used the air conditioning it worked well. The mini bar had soft drinks included free of charge and were replenished daily. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant. I found the grounds very well maintained the gardens were neat. The pools were clean and inviting. The food offered good variety. I enjoyed the availability of snacks at different times of the day. I appreciated access to the sister hotel for additional amenities.
The walk to the beach was a bit long.

I had pool view rooms and they were very spacious. Staff were always willing to help. Mr Ahmed took the effort to ensure our stay was pleasant. Mr Mohamed Salman from the reception took the time to check on us every opportunity he had.
The toilet flush did not have much power. The mini bar did not get cold. I Emailed the hotel multiple times, and there was no reply. The above issues were also discussed with the management In the hotel.

Staff was attentive. The room get cleaned daily. The main pool had several loungers available. I find some activities were on offer near the pools, such as water aerobics. The food options in the main dining room did have variety. The snack bar had pizza and fries.
I also noticed some areas could use some maintenance.
