Truly Charmed by This Place
easy snorkelinghelpful staffgreat beachfood variety
The hotel location allows easy snorkeling. I found the staff helpful, especially Ahmed Ibrahim at reception. Eslam and Ziad at the beach were fantastic. Khalifa and Essma assisted us there, too. The food offered variety though more options would make it perfect!
The room cleaning could have been more consistent. Sometimes, I had to request fresh towels.

The front desk staff offered excellent assistance, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing all inquiries promptly. They also provided detailed information about the hotel facilities and services. The restaurant staff maintained clean tables and served beverages quickly.

Our room featured spacious interiors and a balcony overlooking the gardens, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. I noticed the room had a safe and a minibar stocked daily, though it could be more varied.

amazing stay!

I was really impressed by the hotel grounds. The italian-style village layout near the rooms felt classy and comfortable. the roman pool was a total highlight , offering a fantastic place to swim. i especially loved the sun decking area with its different levels, it felt luxurious. ahmed ibrahim, the manager, was super friendly and helpful!
the location of sharm resort was difficult to find initially, as the gps directed me to another resort nearby.

the omelette station offered custom-made omelettes with plenty of choice in fillings , a great way to start the day. beef and kebabs were my absolute favorite dishes offered in the buffet , so delicious. i found the quality consistently satisfying.

the hotel provides access to coral reefs through a floating bridge , ideal for snorkeling. i loved that i could jump right into the sea and start snorkeling immediately, seeing blue spotted stingrays and other amazing fish. the water was so clear , clean, and beautiful.

customer service was very good throughout my trip , from the reception to the restaurant staff. i got a great massage in the spa , which osama sold to me , and ahmed was my fantastic masseuse. i was very happy with the staff.

the hotel is situated close to the airport, shopping areas , and the market. this proximity made it easy to explore local attractions and do some shopping , which i appreciated. the location provided convenient access to nearby amenities.

The sea view from the hotel area was very nice. i also enjoyed the view from the room, especially at dawn. the staff was smiling and nice. The boys in the bars were helpful. the beach was good for snorkeling because corals were amazing.
The rooms needs refurbishment. The bathtub did not have a shower curtain. the water pressure was very low sometimes. the water was never hot, it was just lukewarm. the balcony door did not lock, and no one fixed it. our key stopped working multiple times a day, so i had to keep going back to reception to reset it.

The hotel location features proximity to the reef. The beach is near. My room had a terrace and this was nice.
My stay featured limited aquapark. The aquapark had one slide only. The slide was out of service for maintenance . Food quality was not so good either.
