Mustafa lacked proper communication. He behaved poorly, particularly when a complementary breakfast was unrecorded in the system, and he made us wait until judy arrived at 9:00 pm to resolve it. the room wasn't soundproofed, the decor was basic.

I found all the staff helpful, from reception to the restaurant. the electric car service made getting to the beach so easy. i really enjoyed the clean beach area. Swimming in the calm waters was lovely. The staff were always humble and caring.
