the front desk staff was very professional, i found them warm and cute. the housekeeping staff was thorough and accommodating to our needs, we felt well taken care of. we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day, it was consistently excellent! the quality and variety of the options for the family stood out.

i found the gym had no air-conditioning, , made it uncomfortable. there also wasn't a water fountain available, a basic need for any gym.
