i found the reception process efficient. the cleanliness was excellent , with daily towel changes a definite plus. the location also suited me very well. its closeness to the beach meant i could easily alternate between the pool and seaside activities.
i noted some staff members seemed biased in their service , favoring european-looking guests. this created an uncomfortable feeling and the disparity in treatment was quite apparent. this is an issue that needs addressing for a better guest experience.

The staff showed great kindness . i specially appreciated the animation team that always created a cheerful atmosphere. I felt very welcomed. the outdoor pool was large and located near the beach. i found a free parking spot in front of the hotel.

the reception was cute. the front office manager provided a smooth check-in. the location is close to the marina. there are shops and cafes nearby. the room i had was quite big. it included a balcony with a sea view. the bathroom was also big. it featured a bathtub.
the gym equipment needs an update. some machines are out of order. i was hoping for a more modern fitness area. the selection of machines was limited. it made it difficult to get a complete workout.

The hotel staff was really great. the animation team made the atmosphere lively and fun. the cleaning ladies kept everything super clean. I especially appreciated amel's smile. the kitchen staff innovated with delicious, clean food, and the waiters, particularly lheb and the thin man with black hair, were smiley and polite.
the poolside music was quite loud at times. this was a very small issue.
