The on-site restaurant provided delicious food. The included breakfast buffet and made-to-order eggs were great each morning. I also enjoyed sunbeds on the sand. It was like a true vacation. The location is excellent. Patnem beach is a quick walk.

The room lacked a fridge.

The location IS amazing right on the beach. The staff were very friendly. They served GREAT food and drinks. I stayed for several nights and only ate at the hotel.

The air conditioning was weak, AND it took a very long time to cool down the room.

I found the staff very helpful, especially with local tips. They were always available. The location allowed quick access to the beach and nearby shops. It made exploring easy. I really liked the sunbeds provided. It was comfortable to relax during the day.

The breakfast options felt somewhat limited. I believe more variety would significantly improve the dining experience.

The main menu provided plenty of choice. Many dishes were tasty. I saw the restaurant staff accommodate kids food requirements with some flexibility! Drinks and snacks were reasonably priced on site.

The staff arranged our airport transfers efficiently? They were also helpful in coordinating scooter rentals. One staff member was particularly helpful with requests was nice, though the parking was expensive.

noisy air conditioninginconsistent hot water

the room i had felt quite dated. the air conditioning made strange noises all night, disrupting my sleep (i think it needed servicing). also, getting hot water in the shower was hit or miss, a bit annoying after a day at the beach. i ended up using the cold water most of the time. i told the staff about this, but nothing changed.
