The quad room was quite spacious. The a/c worked WELL!! It was definitely needed. Breakfast had a good selection, so EVERYONE found something they liked.

I found the bed too small. I am six foot tall so my sleep was uncomfortable. The instant coffee in the room was not great either. I WOULD have liked real coffee.

amazing location with awesome breakfast

central location great breakfast helpful staff

i loved the central location near san marco square it felt quiet. the breakfast was amazing i ate fruits breads and eggs. the staff was helpful offering great recommendations. i really enjoyed the size of my room and the canal view i mean what else could you ask for

there weren't elevators available for people just for luggage on some floors it was inconvenient. i had to carry my bags up a few flights of stairs. this was a bit tiring after a long day of sightseeing it made me a bit weary

The front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast had good variety. I especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit. Air conditioning worked perfectly, a plus during warmer days. I appreciated the daily housekeeping that kept the room clean.

The lift only goes to the second floor. and I had to carry my luggage the rest of the way.

The room featured a super clean bathroom! The room also included clean towels and comfortable beds. The size was adequate for two people. Storage space was sufficient for luggage and clothing though I did notice a few marks on the wall.
