convenient location helpful staff

the location was very convenient to the train station. i had a double room, and it was a good size and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. the breakfast had a decent variety of options available each morning.

the air conditioning in the room was not working efficiently . this made the room uncomfortably warm, especially during the day. i notified the front desk, but the issue was not resolved .

the room was a DOUBLE room. it was clean. breakfast included real barista coffee. I appreciated that the hotel helped me get mail.

the hotel location was convenient. it was near the train station and the harbour. the room size was good and i had a french balcony that overlooked the road. the view went toward the palace hill. i appreciated the balcony.

the noise from outside at night was a bit loud.

The hotel is close to many restaurants. A great convenience. fresh fruit was available at a market across the street. the hotel is near the royal palace. That was very interesting.

My room faced a timed traffic light cross junction. It was noisy. the cleaning staff talked loudly on their mobiles in the corridors. the breakfast area had fruit flies.

the noise was constant due to the location on a busy intersection the room had thin walls and i could hear everything outside the cleaning staff were loud and inconsiderate early each morning fruit flies were in the breakfast area making it unappealing
