mixed feelings about this stay
acceptable locationslow servicepoor food quality
the location was acceptable.
I found the service quite slow. It sometimes felt non-existent. getting a drink at the pool required a long wait in line. also, the food quality was disappointing, prompting us to eat out despite having paid for all-inclusive. This.

solid stay with a few things to note
clean beachfunctional gymconvenient locationpoor food
i thought the beach was clean. the gym had what i needed to get my workouts done. it was close to 5th avenue and only about a 10-15 minute walk. i noticed the resort had a jungle feel.
the restaurants food was not good at lunch and dinner. the service in the restaurants was complicated. i noticed they need to improve this issue.

the location is good for walking to places of interest. i seemed like i was in a jungle because there was wildlife nearby. it was a great experience.

the facility had water fountains throughout the resort. this allowed us to refill our bottles. the hotel supplied a carafe for the room. this was very helpful.

the breakfast was convenient from 7am to 11am. the buffet was delicious from 12pm to 3pm. the late night taco bar is really good i think.

the staff was very friendly to me. santos was a super cool bartender. he was very nice and customer oriented. he bring us great service.
