cute staff great knowledge

i enjoyed the hotel. the staff was cute every time i walked in. benedetta had a lot of knowledge and suggested beautiful places, i was very grateful for her kindness! also, alessandro was a gentleman.

the building work outside my front balcony room started pretty early. that was not very nice. the noise woke me up most mornings

quiet canal palazzo history small room missing fan

the breakfast was suitable. pastries and eggs were available. the quiet canal in front of the entrance seemed charming. the building's history as a palazzo added to the charm.

my room was small. the heat was also a problem. the a/c wasn't on. there were no fans available.
